Prices
For internal orders, prices do not include taxes, duties, license fees and or transportation charges, list prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Domestic purchases , will received the quote in checkout page with tax included.
Payments
All online orders are to be paid for via credit card, Paypal, Xendit or any other offered form on payment on the website. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned payment. If legal action is required to collect an overdue account, the customer will be responsible for all associated collection fees and costs.
Returns
We understand that things happen. Products are mistakenly ordered, you end up not needing what you thought or something doesn’t fit. We always do our best to satisfy our customers’ return requests. To ensure your return process goes smoothly: Any new, un-used, un-mounted, and unaltered item can be returned within 20 days of receipt, with no re-stocking fee. There is no fee for exchanges. All orders over $250 qualify for one free return or exchange, including return shipping. Free return promotion applies for international purchase. To initiate a return please email admin@prototypemotorrad.co.th with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Original freight charges will not be credited, nor we responsible for return shipping charges. Returns require proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order number or Invoice number. Custom-made or sale items are not returnable. If you have purchased the items from a dealership or other website, please contact them directly, we will try to follow up asap.
We are NOT required to give refunds, credits or exchanges under the following conditions:
- When no proof of purchase is provided (original Invoice)
- When the fault or damage to the goods was caused by the customer
- When the customer knew about the defect before purchase
- When the customer has simply changed their mind or made an incorrect selection
- In some instances, as an act of goodwill we may accept the item back for credit. A 20% restocking fee will apply
Parts Fitment Information
To the best of our knowledge, all the application & fitment information contained herein is accurate as of the date it was published. Because there are consistently new models, it is not possible to provide application information for all vehicles. Please email tech@rolandsands.com for any additional information or fitment verification.
Refused Orders
Properly shipped orders that are refused or returned to Roland Sands Design as undeliverable can be reshipped to the customer if additional shipping charges are paid.
Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse, with legal title and risk of loss or damage to the goods transferring to the purchaser when goods are accepted by the common carrier for shipment. All shipments will be via DHL , FedEx or Thai postal services unless otherwise requested and confirmed. Shipping charges are added to invoice totals.
Freight:
Our responsibility for freight, damage or loss ceases once goods leave our premises. In other words our terms of trading in respect of goods are ex-store, with property & risk passing to the customer at our premises.
International Shipments
Prices do not include brokerage fees, import duties, or taxes. Any fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges or brokerage fees for products returned or exchanged.
Notices
We reserve the right to make product improvements and revisions to the products offered.
