Damages:

All goods are carefully inspected before being packed and are in good condition when shipped. Damage claims must be made with the carrier, not with Rollies Speed Shop. If the delivery looks damaged, sign & mark the consignment note “damaged”.

Short Ship:

Any claims on short shipped parts must be made direct to us within 15 days of purchase.

Warranty:

We guarantees the goods and services we sell are of acceptable quality, match the description or part number requested, are fit for their intended purpose & will have any manufacturer warranties approved. If a good or service we sell fails to meet a guarantee, we will provide a ‘remedy’ – and attempt to put right the fault, deficiency or failure.

  • We guarantee chrome & paint to be free of defects & in perfect condition when it leaves our store
  • Warranty does not apply to damage caused by modification after the goods leave our store.
  • Warranty reassure the defect of items from  factory qc , please recheck the the items purchases before installing the products .
